A étudier ...

Well the museum of Mike Janssen....
Mike said it started all when he was searching for his first BMX bike, a GT.
I can tell you the old school scene in Holland is not like it must be.
Most of us know Sander, sand 'n dirt....
He's gone now and don't talk with others!
Also Rudolf, DutchBMX is gone after the suntour pedal story (see trash talk on OS-BMX).
There was Dirk-Jan, DeeJee and he's stopped with old school too!
These days there are just 2 left I think.
Danny (DannyD) and Serge Mannee (Tweeker, Les,...).
And then we have Mike Janssen with his BMX "museum".
Yesterday I found a advertisement on marktplaats.
Marktplaats is the place where people look for old bikes in Holland.
Pitty that you guys don't understand Dutch.
But here's the link and i will translate after.

Dear sirs,
I’m searching for Mike Janssen his first GT from the past. In that way he can stop looking and give the other collectors a change to buy a old bmx from the ‘80’s here on marktplaats.
His search crossed the lines and he has enough old bmx bikes. It’s becoming a obseccion for him and we hope it’s not to late for him.
We begging;
If you have that bike in your shed or attic, I offer you a good price!!!!
You will make many people very happy, his wife, his boss, till our south neighbour.

Mike just use the name "museum" to get all the bikes that are around.
He promise the owners that he display the bike in his museum.
But that's a joke.
Last time Mike said that he will build one good bike out of 3.
But he don't know a bit about old bikes.
Several times I found out that he don't recognice the famous brands.
One time he asked what cruiser he bought.
It was a give away, a GHP!
If you don't know such things and buy the bike because it looks interesting, then I've my ???????
Also, Mike is always very busy he says with work and so on.
He most of the time don't answer your mails fast, but always is the first to catch a bike on marktplaats.
So, in the Dutch scene there is a kind of "war".
Mike said himself, collecting and buying bikes is like a war, sometimes you win sometimes you loose.
And not to forget to tell that Mike don't give others the opertunity to get a bike that they want.
Once I asked him to buy a little "stock" together and do it 50/50.
There was a frame set that I needed to trade with yannick Lety.
I explained Mike this but he just bought all stuff and didn't wanted to share.
So, he is sooooooooo selfish in my eyes.
But he can do what he like, he's digging his own grave (like Sander did).
I just wanted to tell you this before you guys planning a roadtrip to his "museum"
I also hope that you understand all what i write here in English
