i remember a mate of mine had a double top tube Pro Winner.
It was a cheap import frame with oval downtube as far i can remember.
Supose Pro Winner sticked there decals on it and sold it as a cheaper version then there famous Pro Winner frames.
But don't have any pic of that bike I'm talking about and can't remember details.

I had a simular frame a time ago.


This frame i found in Holland and was stickred with Pro Star decals and that was a brand of a bike shop in Holland.
So, such frames were sold as no names and anyone could stick there name on it.

Jan deejoncker en avez peut être importez quelques un qu'il à sticker PW
mais ce n'est en aucun cas une fabrication Belge PW

j'ai eu un paquet de ce type de cadre qui imite un peut tous il sont assez reconnaissable a leur pattes arrière
