It is not exactly the same he didn't have the little Tube (brake cable guide)between the 2 Top Tubes and the forkpegs was some Prototyp ones (1984-1985) and there is a last different his frame have not the little
cable guide on the top tube near the headset.

Ps: do you have a photo from RL near the Tour Eiffel this one i am talking about is in front of the Arc de Triomphe.
He was full chrom and the front frame was painted in white.
I have the cable guide near the headset.
PS : For the picture, I think Satoorne has it..

thats the right Stickerset i have the only different is the original Forkstickers was Red but I prefer the White ones.

No mine is not older than yours mine have the Cable guide near the headset too it is a Serial N° like yours RE.
This one from RL.Osborn without the 2 Cable Guides and the other Forkpegs+Stickerset was from 1984-85.

Thanks Mano here the Bike like he looks in the Moment with the Blue
Skyway Pedals but I have some Blue Brake Leever Cover mounted now and I still search some White over Red A'me Unitron Grips so I can change the B2 for the Unitron's and the Red Kashimax for a White one that I have for this Build.
