1993-94 Pro Winner it is!
In Holland they had a Pro Winner factory team in 1993 using these frames.
Downtube very thin walled (0.7mm).

These frames were the "comeback" of Pro Winner after the '80s.
Were available as 20" Expert, Pro and XL.
Toptube diameter 35mm
Downtube diameter 45mm
Headtube angle 72°
Seattube angle 73°
Toptube lenght exp 48,5 cm pro 50,5cm XL 52,5cm
BB to rear (center-center) 38cm
wheelbase XL 96cm
24" cruisers were not made in this model!
I've seen in 1993-94 Pro Winner again made the looptail cruiser ('80s model) and called the cruiser 4U2.
Don't know if the frames were available in France.
In Holland you had a dealer and Pro Winner Team (with Dutch and Belgian riders).
In the early/mid '90s BMX wasn't that big and Pro Winner left the scene after there short comeback.
If you didn't know, Pro Winner build BMX frames again now for some years, only aluminium these days

Je ne connaissais pas ces PW 90's, et je n'ai jamais vu non plus le cruiser 4U2.
Et il me tarde de voir comment Fantomas va remonter un vélo d'après 1983...

A while ago, I've asked a Belgian ex-PW Team rider for photo's of her old team bike, but till today no photo's.

Pro Winner is still the same as in the '80s!
Same guys, same company, same factory.
They're just more into building none bmx frames
